1.2. Designated Exclusive Platform Contact: For all legal notices, enterprise contractual inquiries, regulatory communications, and technical oversight pertaining exclusively to this website, the designated official contact telephone number is +91 6388050042 (strictly dedicated to this platform and its operational scope).
1.3. Regulatory Compliance: This Agreement is formulated, executed, and enforceable in strict alignment with the provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2.1. Digital Good & Immediate Provisioning: The services rendered under any subscription tier (including without limitation the 1-Website Monthly Plan, 2-Websites Monthly Plan, 1-Website Annual Plan, and 2-Websites Annual Plan) constitute intangible digital software licenses, server slot allocations, and computational engine resources that are provisioned instantly upon transaction completion.
2.2. Waiver of Cooling-Off Periods: By completing payment for any tier, the Merchant expressly waives any statutory, customary, or common-law cooling-off periods, cancellation rights, or buyer-remorse remediation privileges.
2.3. Prohibition of Chargebacks & Payment Disputes: The Merchant unequivocally covenants never to initiate, solicit, or threaten any payment dispute, chargeback, or transaction reversal through any banking institution, UPI issuing bank, credit agency, or consumer forum on grounds of dissatisfaction, technical incompatibility, misuse, server downtime, regulatory changes, or failure to properly configure prerequisite banking notification emails. Any chargeback initiated in violation of this clause shall constitute actionable contractual fraud, entitling the Platform to recover liquidated damages, administrative investigation costs, and full attorney fees.
2.4. Unused Quotas & Forfeiture: Subscriptions grant access for fixed temporal periods (30 calendar days or 365 calendar days). Non-usage, partial usage, failure to bind websites, or premature termination of operations by the Merchant shall not entitle the Merchant to any refund, rollover, or compensatory adjustment.
3.1. Supported Notification Ecosystem: The automated payment verification engine natively and out-of-the-box supports solely and exclusively the following notification mechanisms:
3.2. Unsupported Banks & Custom Integration Clause: Any banking institution, cooperative society, non-banking financial company (NBFC), payment gateway, or aggregator NOT expressly enumerated in Clause 3.1 (including legacy nationalized banks with unstructured alert formats) is NOT supported out-of-the-box. In the event a Merchant desires to route payments from an unlisted banking entity, the Merchant is strictly obligated to contact the developer (Harsh Pandey at +91 6388050042) to negotiate and commission a custom technical parsing integration. Under no circumstances shall the inability to process emails from unlisted institutions constitute grounds for subscription cancellation, liability, or refund demands.
3.3. Merchant Configuration Responsibility: The Merchant is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining active, unblocked IMAP credentials, configuring correct email forwarding filters, and ensuring bank alert notifications are actively delivered to the monitored mailbox without spam filtering or delivery delays. The Platform disclaims all liability for transaction verification failures arising from ISP downtime, mailbox quota saturation, Google Security challenges, or bank alert email delivery latency.
4.1. Single-Domain Binding Enforcement: Each generated Production API Key is hard-locked to the exact domain(s) authorized by the active subscription tier. Cross-domain reuse, unauthorized reverse proxying, sub-licensing, domain leasing, or API proxy sharing is strictly prohibited and monitored by automated cryptographic heuristics.
4.2. Prohibited Businesses & Ethical Restrictions: The Platform may never be utilized for unlawful activities under Indian law, including without limitation: illegal gambling, betting, unauthorized lottery systems, unlicensed forex trading, ponzi schemes, adult entertainment, weapons trafficking, narcotics, malware distribution, or anti-national propaganda. Detection of prohibited activity results in immediate permanent blacklisting without notice or refund, accompanied by automated statutory reporting to law enforcement authorities.
5.1. Data Fiduciary Role: For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (Act No. 22 of 2023), Harsh Pandey functions as the designated Data Fiduciary regarding platform account credentials and operational telemetry.
5.2. Data Minimization Principle: The Platform collects solely the minimal digital personal data required to authenticate users (Google OAuth email, display name, profile avatar) and perform payment matching (12-digit UTR, amount, sender name as transmitted in bank alert emails). No debit card numbers, credit card numbers, CVVs, banking netbanking passwords, or UPI MPINs are ever requested, processed, or stored on our servers.
5.3. Data Localization: All core database records, server nodes, transaction hashes, and log registries reside within sovereign data center facilities adhering to Indian regulatory mandates.
6.1. Absolute Cap on Monetary Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian jurisprudence, in no event shall Harsh Pandey, the Platform, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business profits, lost customer goodwill, revenue shortfalls, regulatory fines, or third-party bank account freezes. The aggregate monetary liability of the Platform for any claim arising out of this agreement shall be strictly capped at the lesser of: (a) the actual subscription fee paid by the Merchant in the preceding single calendar month, or (b) INR 299 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred and Ninety-Nine Only).
6.2. Indemnity: The Merchant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harsh Pandey, the platform developers, and operational agents against any claims, regulatory penalties, GST notices, legal suits, or financial losses resulting from the Merchant's business transactions, customer disputes, fraudulent merchant claims, or regulatory violations.
7.1. Governing Law: This Agreement and any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or related to its execution shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
